No. If you qualify, your supplies are covered by Medicaid. There are no hidden fees, co-pays, or credit card requirements.

No. Requesting supplies does not change, reduce, or put your benefits at risk. 

We work within your existing coverage, and we work with Medicaid programs in Washington (e.g., Molina), Oregon (e.g., Trillium), and Idaho (e.g., Healthy Connections) all the time.

That’s okay. Many people aren’t sure. 

We verify eligibility for you and let you know what’s covered before anything is shipped.

Process & Paperwork

No. We guide you through each step and handle the paperwork with your healthcare provider and Medicaid when required.

Some supplies require a prescription or a medical necessity form (such as incontinence supplies). 

If so, we’ll help coordinate that—no guesswork on your end.

Timing varies by state and provider, but most approvals are completed within a few business days once documentation is received.

Privacy, Supplies & Ongoing Support

Yes. Your information is protected and used only to verify coverage and fulfill your supply request. 

We never sell or share personal sensitive data.

Absolutely. Supplies are shipped in plain, generic packaging that do not have visible product details on the outside.

Yes. We work with you to select products that fit your needs and are covered under your Medicaid plan (and, when necessary, prescription).

You’re not locked in. 

If your medical needs change, we can adjust your supplies accordingly.

No. Once approved, we help manage refills and renewals so you continue receiving supplies without unnecessary interruptions.
